Alignment Services

To better serve the needs of our range of clients, we have established 4 separate alignment service tiers for you to register for. Based on your needs as in instructor and/or growing business member our tiered system provides service levels to compliment your instructor needs.

Tier 1:
Basic Alignment

Our Basic Alignment is for individual instructors who are self reliant and do not wish to utilize advanced features offered under our Full Alignment plan.

Tier 2:
Full Alignment

Our Full Alignment Plan offers access to ALL services provided and discounted eCard prices. See full description below of current services provided.

TS Instructor Alignment

Our TS Instructor Alignment Plan offers access to ALL services provided to Training Site Alignments. See full description below of current services provided.

Tier 4:
TS Alignment

Our Training Site Alignment is for organizations with 5+ instructors who wish to align under the Full Alignment plan but work together and want to take advantage of capped fees.

Tier 1: Basic Alignment

Alignment with CPR Instructors, access to online store to buy eCards; No Services listed below, INSTRUCTOR 100% responsible for assigning eCards to students, buying Instructor materials, and submitting course documents manually to Enrollware. 

Cost: NO FEE

Tier 2: Full Alignment
 

Alignment with CPR Instructors, access to online store to buy eCards at discounted rate, FULL access to all services listed and future services, all instructor materials provided, digital document submission and record keeping.

Cost: $50.00 initial alignment; $100.00/year for continued alignment.

 

Included Services:

-    Instructor Credentialing
-    Instructor Renewal (Monitoring): New eCards are valued at $25.00 and Instructor Monitoring is valued at $75.00. These costs are covered by CPR Instructors and are not charged to the instructor renewing.
-    Digital Course Materials: All instructors are granted access to our digital course materials for each discipline they are credentialed with training. Materials include but are not limited to Course Videos, Student Handbook, Instructor Manual, Algorithm Cards.
-    Electronic Student Exams: Every discipline has 2 exam versions and is in hybrid digital format. You provide the written exam, and they enter their answers on our digital answer sheet. This converts their answers onto the official AHA exam answer sheet and sends them directly to our servers for the required 3-year retainment. Answers are also emailed directly to the instructor so they can evaluate any missed questions.
-    Electronic Course Rosters: Each discipline has a course roster that the instructor enters their student info into via our electronic forms. The information is then converted over to the official AHA course roster and is emailed to our office for both issuing of eCards and the required 3-year retainment.
-    Instructor Resources: Each instructor is assigned a folder on our Google Drive to access all of the available instructor documents for the disciplines they are credentialed with instructing. This is also a place to deposit mass files from your classes should any of our electronic forms have an issue and the physical documents need to be filled in and scanned.
-    Quarterly reports are generated for all of your courses that you teach and any instructor evaluations that are filled out for your classes. 
-    Instructor evaluations are automatically emailed to each student 24 hours after they submit their first exam answer sheet. If they choose to fill out the evaluation, we log the responses in a chart and that information is handed off along with our quarterly reports. We will occasionally share the remarks from the evaluations should there be an extreme positive or extreme negative remark. We DO NOT use these evaluations to judge you as you are operating as your own entity and not as an employee. We just collect them for all instructors and show the average results.
-    eCard issuing: We issue eCards within 3 business days of receiving your Course Roster. We request that you submit your roster within 24 hours of the class completion. AHA allows for 10 days, but we have a company policy of 3 business days.
-    Dedicated support staff for each region. Instructors are assigned to 1 of 5 regions and have a dedicated support staff to contact regarding any issues or questions that may arise. 
-    All students entered into our Expiration Reminder software that automatically emails them 120, 90, and 60 days before their certification expires and directs them to contact you directly to schedule a refresher class.
-    Course posting and registration: Use our new system to post your classes to our site and collect your instructor fees from students at time of registration. Fill out a simple form with your course information and pricing and it will be live on our site within 1 business day. Students pay on our platform at the time of their registration, and your fees are paid out to you the following business day after the class. You keep 100% of the course fees, if you charge $75/person for a BLS course and 5 people sign up, we will have collected $375.00 on your behalf and that is the amount that is paid out to you.

Tier 3: TS Instructor Alignment
 

Alignment with CPR Instructors, access to online store to buy eCards at discounted rate, FULL access to all services listed and future services, all instructor materials provided, digital document submission and record keeping.

Tier 4: TS Alignment
 

Same as Full Alignment, but for a group of 5+ Instructors. The fee is a flat rate and does not increase based on the number of Instructors you have registered with you (Regardless of if you have 5 or 25 instructors, the fee is the same). Must have a minimum of 5 instructors per AHA Policy to register for a Training Site Alignment.
Cost: $100.00 initial alignment; $500.00/year (Fee is charged to initial contact and they are responsible for collecting monies from their instructors and are allowed to charge instructor alignment fees to the instructors aligned with them at their discretion.)
